The book is a continuation of “W cieniu krzyża” ‘(In the shadow of the cross’). It consists of two parts. The first (“Abyssus Abyssum Jurocat”) is the history of the pontificate of Paul VI and his relation to communist states, while the second („Zbiory z Pola Doświadczalnego” (‘Collections from the Experimental Field’)) is the author’s reflections on the state-church relations in the PRL.
